 Aircraft Acquisition – Selection, deal and till purchase to run with Aircraft Inspection.
 Procure of aircraft King Air C-90 for AIR CHARTER / AIR AMBULANCE
 DGCA Air Ambulance Approval, Establishment of Doctor team, Tie up with all hospitals & brokers, Tie
up with Travel Agents .
 Wet Lease of Aircraft LET 410 and establish maintenance base in Domestic Airport of India.
 Import / Export Permission, DGCA approvals, set up full NSOP.
 Establish and Run AIR CHARTER / AIR AMBULANCE, Online marketing as per plan.
 Crew Management, Flight Management, Permit, establishing base and ground handling all over India,
Pilots Training, AME & all staff management.
 Develop RCS Route Planning to connect Shirdi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolhapur, Solapur, Goa, etc all
airports in Maharashtra and eventually all airports in India.
 Making all the technical manuals, security manuals required for DGCA and BCAS Approvals of NSOP
proceedings.
 Make Route Map to succeed in Air Taxi operation for RCS.
