Review the Program Schedule
This workshop shall be done by Region
1. Check the list of Registered PQF Level 5 (Diploma)
Programs, confirm the correctness of data on the
list
2. You will be given a checklist of observations on the
Program Schedules per program with corresponding
recommendations to make the Program Schedule
implementable. Carefully scan each observation.
3. Choose a Diploma Program schedules to work on as
a group.
Review the Program Schedule
3. Count all TR-based courses included in the Diploma
Programs. Write down the total number of TR-based
courses.
4. Compute the number of hours per day for every course;
make sure they are all correctly indicated.
5. Compute the total NTH of each course then sum up NTH
for the whole semester. Total NTH per semester should
not exceed 720 hours. propose adjustment on the
schedules per course. If total NTH ( exceeds 720 hrs.)
6. Examine the summer/OJT NTH. If it is more than 240
hours, propose to adjust the NTH
