Presentation software, or a presentation program, is a
desktop- or cloud-based application that allows the
user to present information to an audience using a
sequence of multimedia formats, such as images,
video, audio and text. This visual presentation can be
used to accompany a live talk or speech or as a
standalone slide deck.

shows can include text, graphics, video,

The Quick Access Toolbar lets you access common commands
like Save, Undo and Redo. You can customize the commands
depending on your preference.
The Ruler is located at the top and to the left of your current
slide. It makes it easy to align text and objects on your slide.

In Slide Number Indicator you can quickly see the total
number of slides in your presentation, as well as which slide you
are viewing.
Click and drag the slider to use the Zoom Control. The number
to the right of the slider reflects the zoom percentage.

ANIMATIONS
Animations control how objects move onto, off of, and
around your slides.
You can animate the objects on your PowerPoint slides.
PowerPoint provides four types of animations:
1.Entrance
2.Emphasis
3.Exit
4.Motion Paths
ANIMATIONS
To choose an effect:
1.Click the Animations tab.
2.Select the object you want to animate.
3.Choose the type of effect you want. A submenu appears.
4.Click the effect you want. PowerPoint applies the effect.
ANIMATIONS
1.On the Slides tab, hold down the Ctrl key and then click the slides to which
you want to apply the transition.
4.PowerPoint applies the transition. As you roll your pointer over each
transition, PowerPoint provides you with a live preview of the transition.
