Fluff pulp is designed for absorbent product

where ease of shredding, consistency and
cleanliness are needed.
Pulp : fluff pulp ,thickness1-2mm, width 380-410mm
 Tissue Paper

Tissue paper is used to wrap the conton core of diape

and lady napkin, to produce toilet tissue,facial tissue
handkerchiefs tissue,napkin paper with 13/13.5/14.5/
16/17/18/22/23 g/m2 ,with single or two or three ply.
Tissue: 15- 18gm/square meter standard width 180mm
 Super Absorbent Polymer ( SAP)

Super Absorbent Polymer ,mixed in cotton core and

absorbent core. Provide various of styles for your
options. Its Sodium Poly-acrylate
 Breathable film and laminating film

Breathable laminating film with colorful printing

(PE film laminated with Non-woven), good material
for back sheet of baby diapers Laminated.breathable
film with high tension strength-resistance,good moisture
permeability. Breathable film is used as backsheet in
baby diaper. Breathable film can be printed with normal in
 PE FILM

PE FILM applied in the backsheet of sanitary napkin ,

panty liner and baby diaper It can print with normal ink
or urine indicating ink. It can get embossing .
P.E. Film:  the thickness  0.0015mm, width 85-105mm
 Non Woven Fabric

There are two type NW hydrophilic mainly applies in

the top sheets and hydrophobic Nonwoven fabric
mainly used in diaper flow stopping part .
Non-woven fabric: good thermo-bonding 16-18gsm,std
 ADL

ADL means acquisition distribution layer Nonwoven

top surface brings feeling of softness and comfort,
sanitary and refresh. Super quality ,double layer
composite ,embossing design styles have more holes
to guide the flow ,increase the penetration speed.
 Frontal Tape

Frontal tape is applied in closure system for baby

diapers and adult diapers.
 SPANDEX

The meaning of spandex : Spandex is a Polyether

based Elastane fiber having excellent resistance to
acid and alkaline wet processing conditions, high
modulus and high tensile strength, resistance to
discoloration due to airborne pollutants and is
hydrolysis resistant. It can be enlongated 4-7times
and hark back after disengagement Leg Elastic
 Elastic Waist Band

This elastic waist band to be used in baby diaper to

make the baby feel more comfortable
 Hot melt Glue

Hot melt glue is used for sanitary protection product,

baby diapers. Hot melt glue is developed for PE baffle
pads but may have utility on some NW wrapped products.
Hot melt glue with low viscosity, good low temperature
performance, and light yellow color
Hot melt gum: Pressure sensitive and endurance,
good stickiness, white adhesive.

 A sheet of pulp is converted into fibers
 The fibers are mixed with a super absorbent
 A pad is formed, compressed and cut into individual
pieces
 Poly material is added at the bottom and nonwoven at
the top
 Hot melt is used to glue it all together
 Elastomers are added for stretch in the waist and leg
cuffs
 Tapes are added and can be adhesive or mechanical
(Velcro)
 Individual diaper pieces are cut, inspected and stacked
for sealing and boxing
