Project Procurement Management Plan Application (PPMPA)

enables the Department with better management and
monitoring of procurement activities. It has the ability to store
planned, revised, and actual dates per procurement activity
for a more efficient, transparent, and quality procurement
process.

The goal of PPMPA is to improve and expedite the Procurement Process through:

Improving data quality and process integration

Improving consistency of practices among all DPWH Offices

Ensuring strict compliance to the Republic Act (RA) 9184 and its Implementing Rules
and Regulation (IRR) combined with Department Issuances relating to Procurement

Supporting Procurement Process for Consulting Services through the automation of

Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) preparation up to consolidation into
Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
