Abstract
BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) is the practice of
contracting a specific work process or processes to an
external service provider.
The services can include Payroll, Accounting, Telemarketing
and so on.
BPO is often is divided into two main types of services
1.Back Office
2.Front Office.

The Main Objective of designing and developing a BPO
Management System is to provide with a system which
proves to be manually beneficial.
The BPO Management System acts as an interface between
the client and the BPO Organization.
This system minimizes the time duration in which the user
receives the documents.
Problem Statement
• With the reduction in communication costs and improved
bandwidths and associated infrastructure,BPO as a segment is
witnessing a massive growth.
• One of the key challenges that BPO companies that provide
data entry/data validation services is as efficient and effective
way of getting the source documents from different
customers and accurately route the same to different
operators for processing.

• Processor : Intel Pentium Processor.
• RAM : 2GB or more.
Software Specification
• Operating System : Windows XP or higher.

Front End : HTML,CSS,Javascript
Back End : PHP
• Server : XAMPP server
• Database : MYSQL
Use Case Scenario
• The Client places a project order to the System and also
providing the requirements for the particular project.The
BPO employee(HR) enters into the system and selects the
project.The employee(HR) classifies the project and assigned
to the employees(staff).The employees(staff) are do the
project and submitted to the HR.The HR processes the
project and finally ,the project is delivered to the client if the
payments are received.

• Admin – allows the employee details and activity of
employees is supervised by admin(HR).It contains sub
