The IT Strategy and Case Analysis module will cover
several important topics
 A survey of IT leadership issues faced by all organizations
– context is through fictional CIO’s experience

 Techniques on how to do case analysis (written cases and


ambiguous business problems)

 Using data to support your recommendations

 Writing an effective IT strategy presentation

 Delivering an effective IT strategy presentation
