Pregnancy

Pregnancy typically lasts about 40 weeks and is divided into three trimesters. In the first trimester from weeks 1-12, the baby's major organs begin to form and the mother may experience symptoms like fatigue and nausea. In the second trimester from weeks 13-28, symptoms often decrease while the baby grows rapidly. In the third trimester from weeks 29-40, the baby gains weight and the mother may experience difficulty breathing as the baby engages into position for birth.
