-This occurs when a person has to choose
between two attractive alternatives.

• Approach–Avoidance Conflict
-This occurs when a person has to deal with a
situation that possesses both positive as well as
negative aspects.

- This conflict occurs when each of the competing alternatives possesses negative consequences, that is, they are equally repulsive.
