Performance Management System

The document discusses the key elements of a performance management system (PMS), including KRAs, self-appraisals, and competency development. It explains that KRAs define an employee's job profile and should be quantifiable and measurable. Self-appraisals are completed twice yearly and annually. The online PMS module allows employees to set and approve KRAs, submit self-appraisals, and receive performance reviews. Employees can also select competency and self-development targets to work on throughout the year. The PMS includes mid-term and annual performance reviews to assess progress.
