PROJECT DESCRIPTION

FLOW OF CONTROL
User enters a complaint and gets his/her complaint
number
Admin checks the no of complaints registered and stores
each one of those into the database marking the complaint
to the officer corresponding to the city or district where the
incident occurred
At this time the status of the complaint has been set to
‘PENDING’
User can check his/her complaint’s status anytime.
If the status happens to be ‘COMPLETED’ , then the
verdict is shown to the user otherwise the status is
displayed as ‘PENDING’.
FLOW OF CONTROL
Once the investigation of the case is over and admin enters the verdict of
that particular complaint an email carrying the verdict is sent automatically
to the user filing that complaint
At this time the status of the complaint is set to ‘COMPLETED’.
However if user is not satisfied with the verdict he can opt for
reconsideration through complaint reconsideration section
Admin check the number of complaint reconsidered on a particular date
and then edits that complaint.
This complaint is then stored into the database with different marking
details
The status of the complaint is again set to ‘PENDING’ and the same
process repeats again
If a user has already reconsidered his complaint then he can not
reconsider it again
If a user has any query general or about a specific case he can post it and
the same will be replied by the admin
