Consulting Appointment Management Patients reach
hospitals either through direct walkin or through a
reference from referral hospitals. Using this module,
appointments can be issued in advance for new patients
as well as for follow-up patients. Appointments can be
rescheduled or cancelled as per the requirement. Some
patients may come for lab tests and radiology services
and registrations for these, too, will be carried out and
bills will be generated for the required services.
• SERVICE ORDER PROCESSING
The service order processing and billing is used to process the orders
prescribed by the clinicians or other staff in real time. This is called e-
prescribing of service or e-prescription. These orders are populated in their
concerned departments after passing the process of billing. These services
are billed on the concerned billing counters depending upon the category of
the patient (i.e Cash, insured, guest, staff etc.)

thereby eliminating the unnecessary retrieval and dissemination of films.
Only eligible people with authorized access are allowed to access the
system, thereby maintaining the confidentiality of patients’ films.

undertaken, and in turn helps in the planning the further treatments
and procedures.

These LED/LCD display units are installed in waiting halls to
inform the patients about the current calls made by the doctors.
These units can also been used to show doctor’s case studies and
hospital’s information to the patients.
