our non renewable resources. We focus on transforminig one valuable
form of renewable energy into other. Imagine a world in which you don’t
have to pay a single penny for buying fuel to run your car or buying a
charger that costs you bills for electricity or imagine a world with “FREE
ELECTRICITY”. In SHIELD we make products like solar pannel that
easily sticks on your phone’s screen and charges your phone or a thin
sheet of solar pannel which becomes your car’s wind shield to charge
your batteries.

• Keeping prices as low as possible and having large number of

STRENGHTS
1. Our company is based on Renewable energy, rising
investment in renewable energy industry will boost our mission.
2. Since the market of renewable energy is changing fast our
company is capable enough to quickly change direction if we
find that our marketing is not working.
3. We create high quality products like Solarized mobile
screens, transparent solar panels and our after services are
very satisfactory.
WEAKNESS
1. The very high costs of equipments and raw materials will
require investments and loans
2. Dependent on relationship with suppliers for raw materials.
3. Production is labour intensive, slow and costly.
OPPORTUNITIES
1. Our business sector is expanding, with many future
opportunities for success.
2. Central government wants to encourage local
businesses for sustainable and renewable energy. It will
boost the infrastructure in the country required for solar
based companies.

Since our company focuses a lot in R&D, we will always be
one step ahead of our competitors in new technology.

Political Factors measure the degree of political stability and
government intervention in economy.
Example: Political stability, corruption, foreign trade policy, tax
policy, funding grants

Political stability is a key factor for the growth of any business. The
subsidies provided for renewable energy in India will help SHIELD
grow our business smoothly. Though corruption and tax policies
my hinder us at times
ECONOMIC FACTOR:
Economic policies and factors have a great impact on business and
their expansion.
Example: economic growth, labour costs, interest rates

Since the world is focusing more on sustainable and renewable


energy their economic policies will benefit us in global level. It will
have a very positive impact on our business.
SOCIAL FACTOR:
Social factors have a great impact on the buying patterns a behaviors of a
nation which is an important determinant for businesses.
Example: Population growth, age distribution, cultural barriers, consumer
views.

Since our company, SHIELD develops products that are cost effective as
well as productive, it will be a boon for the public of India

TECHNOLOGICAL FACTOR:
Technological aspect includes factors like level of R&D, automation,
innovation and other related factors.
Example: Emerging technologies, maturing technologies

In this fast moving world R&D is going to be very important to introduce


new and more advanced products. SHIELD will keep investing their time
