political party, charity, etc
Features
 Specific: Leaflet clearly states the purpose, It provide all the benefits,
information, offers etc very specifically.
 Use of Simple Language: Leaflets usually have simple but
compelling language that makes people think.
 Attractive: Leaflets are attractive because they use different colors,
fonts and photographs and this make it more appealing.
 Mass Distribution : Leaflet can be inserted in newspaper and can be
mass distributed, even it can be distributed to specific target ,like in
exhibition.
Functions of Leaflet
• Inform: A good leaflet will tell its recipient exactly what is offered
from the service and provide crucial information in a small space. It
will clearly state all the important information, including brand name,
brand logo and contact details.
• Persuade : A leaflet should entice its reader into buying the product
or service on offer. As it’s a hard copy, this can be an impulse buy
as well as a long-term prospect. Therefore, it’s an advertising
method with real longevity.
Brochures
What is Brochure?
• A brochure is a single or multi page folded paper used to sell a
company’s products or services.
• This piece of paper can be folded several times to create separate
pages, or are several pages stapled together. The term “booklet” is
sometimes used when referring to a brochure.
• Brochures are more commonly used for advertising multiple
products or services for a company. Brochures typically contain
more images than words.
• Some common uses for brochures include introducing a new
product line or detailing service offerings to be sent out to new

convey a lot of information via images. The right images
complement the content and add value to the brochure. They
simplify the information.

strategies. It gives detailed information of products. It is an official
statement, hence it’s concise and clear. It show’s how the
company/organization differ from competitors. Organization can
reflect quality of service and classy style in the brochure design.

powerful remarks.
