The Prophetic Past, Present

and Future

• Last week we spoke of the gospel or the
good news of Jesus Christ. Our one
liner stated “We have good news”.
The Church is the barrier between
“the end of the age” and “the gospel
being presented to the world”.
• We now know that “man” has failed to
become autonomous, he can’t
rationalize his existence, purpose or
destiny without the only point of
beginning that is reasonable. We have
been created for God’s Glory and to
enjoy fellowship with Him as we obey.
• We have the answers for the
hopeless, and the value of
humanity in the Gospel. The spirit
of the world has permeated our
society leaving them in a quandary
in relation to what is going to
happen next?
• There is only one way out and one
door to access that “way”. Jesus
said, “ I am the door”…
• Would someone get the door?
• The Church can act as a restraint if
we fulfill our calling to the Gospel.
• Historical evidence tells us that God
is willing to extend judgment if a
generation will turn to Him.
• Noah was in the ark for seven days
with the door open
Abraham had the power to defer the
judgment of God on Sodom and
Gomorrah if righteousness could be
found……
A prophetic cry in Revelation 18

speaks to all those who have been

intoxicated from the Mother of All
Harlots, and from whom the
evolution of many false doctrines
have arisen.
• We must have this attitude toward
this system and toward the Gospel.
• We have prophesied that the Gospel
is inseparably linked to the power
of God. Unless we take the Gospel
of the Kingdom to the our world
then the power of God remains
dormant.

of His power toward us who believe,
according to the working of His

• Who will spy out the land in our
generation?

once enlightened, and have tasted

partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and
have tasted the good word of God and

• We must return with a good report, we
must take this taste that God has
given us of His glory and publicize it
in our world. We can’t go back,
we don’t have to go
backward…
• You see where right back where we
started, we must produce fruit. If we
want the rain, we must
produce the fruit that the rain
• You see we have been trying to count
on us, one of the purposes of
writing this book was to insure that
the readers understood that He
who has began this work in us, will
be able to perform it until it’s
completion.
• Listen to this, this is how committed
God is to this program.

when God made promise to
Abraham, because he could swear by
no greater, he sware by himself,

thee, and multiplying I will multiply
thee.

• What two immutable things…….
• Oath or Promise……. Person (Jesus
Christ)
• When God says “Blessing, I will bless
you”, and Multiplying, I will multiply
you, He wasn’t kidding…… This is
why we must experience this
power………

Son; this day have I begotten thee.

the uttermost parts of the earth for

• This power has been sealed by the
Oath and Promise of God in the
Person of Jesus…..
• How do we know that Jesus made
it….. Because we have tarried and
now the Holy Ghost has arrived, it
says to me every day that Jesus
made it, and now I have power.
• The Holy Spirit is here because Jesus
is in Heaven..
Acts 4:7
And when they had set them in the midst,
they asked, “By what power or by what
name have you done this?”
We have been delegated and authorized

by Jesus to represent him in this world. All

power has been given to Him, He now
has given and authorized the church to
act as His body in His behalf. When they
ask, as Pharaoh ask, Who sent you? We
have the answer.
• Here is the news, This power is not
invisible, it is visible, you are to
exercise it based on the delegated
authority of Jesus Christ. It must be
pre-empted by the Gospel.
• The power that exceeds what we could
ask or think is present here today. It is
the witness of the race that is being
