Materials:
-Children’s family photos or drawings

How to Play:
 Ask each child to bring a family photo or draw their family members
on a piece of paper.
 Let the children take turns to introduce their family members.
 Encourage them to tell the class what their family does for fun and
what they do together.
Who is missing?

Materials:
- A group of pictures cut from magazines
or real photos of different family members.
- Scissors

How to Play:
 Provide a group of pictures cut from magazines or real photos of different
family members.
 Show each picture to the children. Discuss who it might be and what that
person might do in a family.
 Place all the pictures on the floor where all the children can see.
 Ask the children to close their eyes while you take away one picture. Let the
children tell which picture is missing.

How to Play:
 Pass out a worksheet to each student.
 Have the students fill in the names of their classmates in the far-right
column.
 Students will then take turns interviewing each other and filling in the
answers.
 Make sure students practice asking the full questions in English.
 Afterward, take turns asking students to tell the class about their peers.

How to Play:
 One wall means TRUE and the other means FALSE. .
 The teacher says some sentences about a picture that represents a large
family members: such as mum, dad, brother, sister, grandma and grandpa.
 The teacher can ask questions related to the image: e.g. dad is wearing a
black shirt, mum has short hair…
 And after each sentence the students should touch the right wall according
to the image.
