Steps to Sign Up for a Mentor:

1. The groups will choose from the CentIE Core List of


expertise of the mentors and that of the groups’ project
idea.

› SUBJECT HEADING: Mentee_Surname of Leader_Topic Eg. Mentee Robles

– Formal salutation
– NU Campus
– Subject Code and Section
– Group members’ full names and email addresses
– Why the group have chosen the mentor
– What your group’s project idea is
– SCREENSHOT of filled out STUDENT SIGN-UP FORM (2021 M-1A-01-CenTIE)
Steps to Sign Up for a Mentor:

5. The mentor will confirm Acceptance of your Group as


mentees.

6. Forward the email reply of the mentor (AS A REPLY TO THE


THREAD of email from Step 4) to:

7. Meet and Greet with the Mentor (Asynchronous)


Week 5 (September 20-25, 2021)
Meet and Greet with the Mentor
1. The Faculty handling the class will facilitate the initial meet-up
2. The Faculty and Students agree on the consultation/meeting set-
up convenient to all 
3. All mentoring meetings will be recorded regardless of duration.
4. The faculty handling the class monitors the mentorship progress
