Logging in the first time

Quickstart guide

This Quickstart guide will guide you through the first login into the
ESP Toolbox and the initial set up your account
Login screen

Gitlab:
https://git.eon-cds.de

Mattermost:
https://mm.eon-cds.de

SonarQube:
https://sonar.eon-cds.de
Type in username and password

• Type in username
• Username is (KID or XID)@eondata.onmicrosoft.com
• Enter your password
• Initial password sent alongside your invitation

 Request to be onboarded to eondata tenant

• Can‘t find initial password? Initial password not working?


 Request a password reset

 Confirm that you are already signed
in with another AD account
 Sign out, or use another browser, or
use incognito window in your
browser
Register your phone for multi-factor-authentication
Confirm MFA
Change password

• Update your initial password


• set a new one
Stay signed in to reduce frequency of login requests

• This will save a cookie and reduces


the amount of login requests
Save your contact information for password reset

• This will enable you to reset your password


Verify your contact information

• Verify your email and phone


• Request a verification code to verify each
• Once registered, you will be able to reset
your password yourself:
