Success Factors Portal Profile Updation
Personal Information (Employee do not have access)
• Name • Father Name • Mother Name • Gender • Marital Status
Contact Information (Employee do not have access)
• Email ID updation • Contact Number updation
Emergency Contact (Employee do not have access)
Address Information (Employee has access)
Template • Steps to edit the Address Information: • Go to Address Information --> Click on the pencil Icon to edit --> Make the necessary changes in your communication or permanent address --> Click on the SAVE option. • The details will be verified and approved by HR team. Note : Attach a proof of document in case updating permanent address Biographical Information (Employee do not have access) • Date of birth correction – HR Help Desk
Dependents (Employee has access)
Template • Steps to edit the Dependents: • Go to Dependents information --> Provide the details: Full Name, Relationship, Date of Birth, Gender, and Dependency --> Attach the required documents (Marriage Certificate for Spouse and Birth certificate for Child) --> Click on the SAVE option. • The details will be verified and approved by HR team.
National ID Information (Employee has access)
Template • Steps to edit the National ID Information: • Go to National ID Information --> Click on the pencil Icon to edit --> Enter the details of your National ID --> Attach the supporting documents. (Eg: PAN/Aadhar soft copy) --> Click on the SAVE option. • The details will be verified and approved by HR team. • Educational Details (Employee do not have access) - Request the Employee for the supporting documents - Click on the pencil icon in Educational details - Make the necessary correction - Attach the supporting document - Click on Save
• Previous Employment Details (Employee do not have access)
- Request the Employee for the supporting documents - Click on the pencil icon in Previous Employment details - Make the necessary correction - Attach the supporting document - Click on Save Note • If Employee do not have access to edit, you can ask for a proof of document to verify the information and you can update it in the portal.
• If the Employee have access to edit , the employee himself/herself
can update the details with the supporting document. You can share the template (guidelines) with the employee. Template for ID card queries Thank you for writing to us, please note we are working on the ID cards and goodies, all the new joiners who have joined before Oct 30,2020 will get this in 3 weeks time and those who have joined post Oct 30,2020 the ID cards and goodies will be issued by second week of February. As we manage your request, please wait till the completion of the above mentioned timeline.
