SYNOPSIS
 A graduated Andrea Sach who was study in the field of journalism has been
hired by the Runway Fashion Magazine. Even the job was not her dream
job but she sees an opportunities in the future will open widely if she
working in this big company at least for a year. The first Emily told advice
Andrea about the situation in workplace. After several change that Andrea
made to his personality it indirectly affecting her private life and her
relation with her boyfriend, her family and her friends. At the end Andrea
learn that life is made of choices.

-Miranda assume that she had made a mistake by giving Andrea a chance to work with him.

Conclusion

 Basically knowledge in organization behavior can help individual with the understanding
on various type of factor and causes that can affect the organization or individual. To
produce a better environment no matter in what condition it is someone behavior should
be good and spared from the negative action that can harm to themselves. Working in an
organization need a support from every member of organization. Act of a group member
and a leader in an organization will be equally important as both of this party are relaying
on each other. It is the role of the management to create a work culture and structure that
allows the worker to contribute their best work to the organization while allowing them to
achieve personal profit and satisfaction at the same time.
