Introduction
INTRODUCTION TO FINANCIAL
MANAGEMENT :
■ Financial Management means planning, organizing,
directing and controlling the financial activities
such as procurement and utilization of funds of the
enterprise. It means applying general management
principles to financial resources of the enterprise.
■ The success of any organization mainly depends
upon four functional areas of management namely
finance, marketing, production, personal
management
NEED FOR THE STUDY :
■ It is to study the functions of ZEN SECURITIES LTD
through various departments.
■ It is to analyze the changes in trading after the exchange
shifted from outcry to online trading system.
■ To know the online screen based trading system adopted by
ZEN SECURITIES LTD and about its communication
facilities. The appropriate configuration to see the network,
which would link the ZEN SECURITIES LTD to individual
/ members.
■ To know about the latest and future development in the
stock exchange trading systems.
• SCOPE OF THE STUDY :
■ The study covered process of online trading. How it
works out technically and the brokerage structure
and other charges levied by different stock broking
Companies.
■ To know the process of online trading and
analyzing the current market situations in the
economy.
■ The scope study is to suggest the investors to use the
online trading system to access the market
information.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY :
■ To compare the performance of ZEN
securities ltd with industry
■ The primary objective is to analyze the
changes in trading procedures after the
exchange shifted from outcry system to on
line trading system.
■ To know the market potentiality of the ZEN
securities Limited.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY :
■ The study namely funds flow & financial performance
mainly depends upon the primary data. The Data is
gathered from the records of the Zen Securities Limited
(ZSL) .The gathered data is analyzed by computing
percentages over the period of study. Whenever
necessary suitable Diagrams are used for presenting the
results.Industry profile was prepared by collecting
primary and secondary data about the industry.
