Definition of Inclusive Culture
2. Recruitment
Effective recruitment of people with disabilities involves
two components: 1. Accessible outreach and hiring practices
and 2. Targeted recruitment of workers with disabilities.
3. Workplace Accommodations and Accessibility Policy &
Practice because policies play critical role in generating
meaningful inclusion of persons with disability.
Creating an inclusive organizational culture is
challenging but extremely advantageous.

them full access to resources, and promotes equal
treatment and opportunity.
