What is Self-Awareness?

these affect our decisions, actions, relationships,
personal well-being and professional effectiveness.

• How we became (and are becoming) who we are?

• Our personalities, interests, skills, strengths and

weaknesses, what makes us similar to others, what
makes us unique.

• How we are perceived by others, the consequences of

these perceptions on our ability to be effective.
