Problem Statement
1.Indian Schools and Colleges need Counselors as
mental illness strikes early in teenagers.

2.Sex Education should be given to prevent sexual

harasment by our female employees.

3.Some of the students and childs hide their

problems due to fear.We also organize a team for
solving such issue.

Mission Statement

Students fall victim to the stressful academic environment and the high expectations of
their parents. It is debatable whether this rat-race brings out performance in
students or not but what is clear from several researches is that it definitely
brings out performance anxiety in them.

Our mission is to guide them to their correct path so that they would be able to pursue
their carrier with ease.

Children are extremely vulnerable to mental disorder. Unlike adults, who have the
ability to identify, understand and seek help for a problem, a child may be confused
and upset by what they are feeling.

So Our Mission is to spread awareness and end the stigma of mental distress.

SOLUTION

We will provide a platform where counselors as well as psychologists will be

providing sessions through online as well as offline mode. This will clear the
following problems:-
1. Treatment will be more accessible in remote areas.
2. It will be more convenient to use.
3. Some states don’t allow out-of-state providers but online mode
will neutralize this problem.
4. We will make the plans cheap so that it will be affordable by all kinds
of people.
5. Mental problems and stress in children, should be resolved by weekly
mental test.
6. Friendly behavior should be given to children for easily expressing
their issues.
7. Inspiring session should be scheduled for physically challenged
children to motivate them.

9
Target customers/Beneficiaries

Our main target audience will be:-

1. Students from 10th to 12th . This age group requires the guidance
from counselors regarding their carriers.
2. Children from 10 years old to 15 years old . This age group
requires the most guidance from counselors regarding their mental
issue due to some reason, they faced in their daily life.
3. Students from various colleges and universities. The prices will be
cheap so college students also can use our service.
4. Physically challenged children should be motivated as they loss
their hope for their success and higher educations.

Market Summary

As per report, India needs 1.5 millions career counsellors to cater to 400 million youths. But Right Now, There
are less than 5000 trained career trained counsellors available to address this growing demand. As per the India
Today report, we need 1.4 million career counsellors in the next ten years. As we can see, there is a massive
demand for career counsellors. However, there is an acute shortage of trained and professional career
counsellors. (Source:- Edu milestones )

Through technological advancement, career counselling business is highly scalable.

It makes the ideal recipe for the boom for career counselling industry for the next 25 years. Career counselling
is among very few services that are not impacted by the COVID-19 shut down in India. Ability to offer online

also what they are interest by viewing their performance which can be analysed on the basis of their marks,

Bussiness Concept
This contains three stages:
1. Firstly, this will create a market void for the psychologists and counsellors that are available but due to lack of
opportunities they couldn’t come up.
They would be the one to provide services aka our SERVICE PROVIDERS.
2. Secondly, There is a significant amount of knowledge gap in Indian govt. Schools and colleges about therapies.
We need to advertise properly so that the students would come to know. We can advertise our platform
by proposing advertisement in most of the social media platforms like Facebook , Instagram and
YouTube.
Therefore, advertisement plays a big role.
3. We have researched about few ongoing websites which provide online counselling like yourdost.com ,
betterlyf.com , manastha.com ,
talkspace.com .

According to our report, Those websites charges around Rs 11,000 to Rs 15,000 per month and the weekly
packages are around Rs. 5,000.
We will keep our prices 25% less than other platforms. To accumulate this, We came up with a
investment strategy:
We can decrease the number of workers and staffs and increase the number of partners , this will make our

investment capital high and the expenditure of the staffs will be less .

Implementation

In our 1st Semester, We are just offering counseling for Career management and mental issue for class 8 to class 12.So, We discussed
and made plans to increase our counseling for other options too and also implemented on it to see the response.

In our 2nd Semester, We have upgraded our counseling option for Children of Class 5 to 8 for mental illness issues as It has been
reported that person centred counselling is effective for clients with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression and
it helps children to solve their own emotional, social, personal or interpersonal problems in a .We also starting counseling for Physically
challenged Children who lost their hope of living. We also started Sex Education Counseling for class 8 to class 12 students, As it gives
a positive impact including increasing young people's knowledge and it also improves their attitudes related to sexual and reproductive
health and behavior.

Yes, We have made a proof of concept. Because Our counseling is totally unique and less paid opportunity for the Students and Child
who have financial weak background.

We haven't tested it on beneficiary yet. We are planning to test it soon.

Yes, We have already discussed our plans with our partners. They are really Impressed with it and happy to invest on our plan.

Yes, We have talked with our experts about our plans ,they like it and supported us.

No, We haven't sold any units yet and haven't decided to sold it because if we sold our share to someone then, they may charged it
higher which decrease the opportunity for financial weak child and students to effort our plans.
