Homework Assignment
Considering your normal work … you must:
1. Do a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
exercise on the next main task that you have to do as
part of your job.
2. Submit a short report on the outcomes, and the
actions you took as a result, to your direct manager or
OH&S Coordinator
3. By a defined date, do a 5 minute verbal report to your
work team on what you did and what improvements
you achieved … then say you could arrange for them
to learn how to do this too … ie: encourage/teach them
