A case is a written description of events and activities that have taken place in an organization.

Cases allow you to experience a different kind learning-learning by doing.

It allows you to apply HRM theories to specific organizational problem to develop your
analytical and problem solving skills.
Approaches to Analyze a Case

There is no right and wrong solution to a case problem.

The major task is to present a coherent and defensible analysis of the of the situation based on
HRM concept and theories
