Introduction
 Personality is the way of behaving, thinking and  showing emotion toward
others.
 It is whole of manners by which an individual responds and collaborates
with others. 
 Personality plays an important role in developing positive attitude towards
others.
 Personality development is not only about how they look in appearance or
how they wear their clothes. It is also about developing self-love and being
a good human being toward others.
Types Of Personality

 Sanguine Type -The people with sanguine type are tend to be more adventurous ,
traveler , etc. They always expect good things to happen in their life.
 Melancholic Type-The people with melancholic type tend to be more Traditional.
They like to spend their time with their family and friends. 
 Choleric Type -The people with this kind of personality are tend to be more
energetic and resourceful. They only  want to spend their time in the things from
which they can gain knowledge. 
 Phlegmatic Type -The people with this personality  are more helpful. The people
with this personality have the good relationship with their friends and family. 
Personality Traits

 Openness -The people with openness personality are more curious about the future and they like to try
new things(experience) and low in this trait are more likely to be arrogant and don't want to change their
thought. 
 Conscientiousness -People tends to have strong impulse control(anger) and  they like to plan on
everything (planners) and low are less likely to accomplish goals and are not much hard worker(Lazy). 
 Extraversion -People with this trait are more likely to be chatty, sociability, and assertiveness and low are
called as introversion. They prefer staying alone in a home rather than going out with friends. 
 Agreeableness -It include characteristics such as kindness, helpfulness and feels empathy. They enjoy
helping people(helpful) and The people with lack in this traits are cold, manipulative and rude(doesn't care
about other feelings).
 Neuroticism -Their characters are more likely to be more characterized by sadness (moody) and get
depressed easily.. The people with low in this traits are more stable and can deal with every problem. 
 Methodology

 There are two types of Methodology which are as follows:


 1.Primary Resources
 2.Secondary Resources
Primary Resources: It is the method of taking interview face to face through online
surveys like social media.
Secondary Resources: It is the method of gathering collection of data through news,
magazines or books.
My Best Teacher Personality

 Empathy(He has good relations with every Teacher and students.He is sensitive in
nature.)
 Agreeableness(He enjoy helps to students and he always appreciate  students
work even if they do it wrongly.)
 Motivator and Inspirer(He inspires us by telling his stories so that we can be a
successful person.)
 Kindness and Honesty(He was so kind to all of the students. The best character
that we liked by all in him is his honesty and his humbleness. )
 Patience(He never give up teaching them over and over again no matter how
many times they ask. He only cares about how much progressed. )
 Interaction and determination –He communicate to every students and his strong
determination let us stay strong and active.
REASONS TO CHOOSE HIM FOR THIS
PROJECT
 He is a sensible and healthy young man about thirty-three years old. 
 His behavior towards students are pleased by all and he is very punctual and he
motivates students. 
 The way he  teaches us is like we are watching the worth series. He is not only
good at giving lectures and presenting he is keen in listening students thoughts
too.
 He is a successful person  and he likes to enjoy helping poor people.
Objectives

 The main objectives for doing this assignment are listed below: 
i. The whole assignment is related to the behavior of different people how they
respond to others and about how their respond affect others. 
ii. It is concerned about people thoughts and emotions and about how to increase
self- confidence on ourselves and how to be positive.
iii. It describes about the detail about my teacher personality. It has described how
my hero used to teach us when we were in school life and about how he get liked
by all.  
Result

 From his book, I have read his biography about his life(career) and about what he want to
do in upcoming life. He is passionate about Photography.. He has started to take a photo at
his early life(18) when his father gifted him a camera. He do teaching too in JCA(Junior
Citizen’s Academy) in his extra time. And we can say that he work passionately on
everything he do. He is a social worker and participate in social activities for the welfare of
the committee and society.
Experience On Interview

 I have never been able to interviewed my best teacher before, but in the end I got
confidence to interview with my teacher and ask about his personal life and his school
condition during lockdown. For me, it was the best experience in my life cause I got a
chance again to talk with him.
Conclusion

Through this assignment you will be able to :


i. Understand about the of personality types and traits.
ii. Understand about how to interact with others, how to speak in a crowd, and how
to deal with difficult situations. 
iii.  find strengths and weaknesses of your own and how to tackle it.
iv. Learn to accept and  to be satisfied on what we have and how to be a good
human beings.
