Conditional Sentence: - Abror, - Ardhya, - Ardinata, - Billy, - Michael, - Nicolas

A conditional sentence is used to describe a condition and its consequence. It has two clauses: an "if clause" that states the condition and a "main clause" that states the consequence. There are three types of conditional sentences. Type 1 expresses a possible future condition, using "if + present, will/may + infinitive". Type 2 expresses an unlikely future condition, using "if + past, would/could/might + infinitive". Type 3 expresses an impossible past condition, using "if + past perfect, would/could/might + have + past participle". Conditional sentences allow us to discuss imagined or hypothetical scenarios.
