Summarize the case
Every year, 20% of the approximately 1000 employees of ABC
company leave for various reasons. This situation will lead to
significant consequences such as delaying the company's
current projects, making the company lose reputation in the eyes
of stakeholders, reducing profits and wasting time for seeking
new employees.
Methodology
❏ The analysis was concentrated on 870 employees of the ABC
company but each year, there are 140 employees (16%) who
choose to leave the company for a variety of reasons.
