This document provides an overview of quality circles (QC) and seven QC tools. It describes the structure of quality circles including members, leaders, facilitators, and the roles and functions of each. It also explains the PDCA problem solving cycle and seven step problem solving method. Finally, it introduces two QC tools - the check sheet for data collection and the Pareto diagram for data analysis and priority setting.
