• We are a market leader with more than 4,500 employees and have delivered many signature projects in the UAE. At
ALNASR we strive to serve our clients with utmost care, providing first class services and to exceed their expectations.
• ALNASR has a solid reputation of delivering on project commitments, and recently we managed to complete two critical
projects for Mubadala notwithstanding the Covid-19 Pandemic impact. We also managed to control the procurement of long
lead items from overseas for the Apple store during the difficult restrictions placed on the various countries of origin.
• ALNASR management board is aware of the importance and criticality of the Project attributed to the ACTIVE project which
is live in adjacent plot and the daily footfall which needs to be taken care of while working on the current project. Adequate
resources have been allocated along with proper logistic plan to achieve the project completion in time, with minimum effect
on the operations under ACTIVE project.

ALNASR considers the Health, Safety and Environment performance of this project as the key deliverable to which
there will be no compromise.
This project will be managed against the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, OSHAD SF V3.1,
and applicable MUBADALA HSE Management system of contractors Rev A0 requirements.

Management Leadership Commitment


ALNASR top management is committed to the Health, Safety & Environment matters as much as it is to other
business subjects. This is evidenced in the allocation of adequate resources for the implementation of the
HSEMS and Project HSE requirements.

ALNASR leadership engagement is also demonstrated through:


• Documented signed HSE Policy
• Regular site visits by senior managers
• HSE recognition and award scheme
• Senior managers championing HSE matters.
• Management HSE reviews etc.

Project HSE Compliance

The most challenging aspect of this project is working at height within a live environment and doing so
in the COVID 19 pandemic era.
ALNASR team is well experienced & understands the risks involved in the project. Through collective
efforts, we have delivered projects recently in this environment with an outstanding HSE performance.

All work at height platforms/equipment shall conform with OSHAD, MUBADALA and other applicable
international standards requirements. Detailed activity specific method statements, drawings and risk
assessments shall be prepared and submitted for review and approval prior to commencement of any
works.

A team of competent HSE advisors shall be mobilized to pilot the Project HSE related matters and
provide competent advice when required.

30 Day Action Plan activities will be as follows:


• Appointment of Design and Supervision Consultant.
• Mobilization of key office staff.
• Submission of Bonds and Insurances in line with Contract requirements.
