PROBLEM STATEMENT
Managing fees effectively and digitally has become a necessity of every educational
organization.

Every educational organization needs a robust and effective fee and finance management
system in today’s time.

The Major problem of having a physical and handwritten fee management has poor maintenance
and there are many chances of errors.
Fee management systems have features to easily migrate the database with high security &
safety backups. They can easily be updated without causing any inconvenience.
The various problem faced by them are:-
Lot of manual work is to be done.
Manual working is more error prone.
Easily find out the fees record of the students.

INTRODUCTION
The Student Fees Management System has been developed
to override the problems in the practicing manual system. In
the existing system, here is a possibility that the same data in
different registers may have different values which means the
entries of the same data do not match.
• The objective of this system is to makes the less paper
work. And make the account department more reliable.
• Provide better services to students and account
department.
• Provide meaningful, consistent, and timely data and
information to the management.
• We can easily find out the record of the student.
Hardware And Software Requirements
• Operating System: Windows XP with IIS. The system will be built
on windows compatible environment. The application will be web
based developed using .NET technology.
• Front-end: Microsoft Visual studio 2005
• Back-end: Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, MS Access 2000.
The system requires SQL Server and MS Access as a database;
however the system will be ODBC complaint to work on any
standard database.
• Macromedia Flash 8.0
• Processor: P-IV (Recommended)
• Storage Capacity: 40Gb (Recommended)
RAM: 256Mb(Required), 1Gb (Recommended)
