Summary
The LDM or LEARNING DELIVERY MODALITY course
Artifact: helped me to understand how to implement the different learning

PPST modalities because of the guidelines and activities given by the LDM;
I’ve learned to chose appropriate assessment method for different kinds

Strand: of learners. In my own experience, implementing Modular Distance

Learning is not easy to start. Teachers must have the patience ,
7.4 Professional
understand the ability to the learners and we must have to follow safety
Reflection and
Learning to Improve protocols for our health because of the pandemic.

Practice From modifying the modules, printing, sorting distribution and

retrieval are things to be considered. Modules need to be simplified and
activities must be reduced to be easily understood by the learners.
Parents and guardians are important partners in this kind of situation .
And most of all there is an open communication to the parents/guardian
about the situation of their children. Teacher must always monitor the
activities of their students to identify the proper intervention for the
improvement of the learners with developmental needs.

Our colleagues is one of our support systems in this time of new
normal. Having a GC, non-stop meetings, and collaboration with them
helps me understand better all the things that’s going on in everyday
life of being a teacher. GCs help us to easily disseminate needed
information, raise some of our concerns and to have a quick
brainstorming to address the issues of our students.
