PUTO CHEESE A LA BEM!

This is the newest product of Bem’s


Pastries located at Rawis Poblacion A,
Tarangnan, Samar
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
• Puto Cheese are soft, fluffy, and extra delicious with
pockets of cheese! These Filipino steamed cakes are easy
to make and fun to eat; delicious on their own or served
with dinuguan or pancit.
• While the term puto is mostly associated with the muffins
we have here, it also refers to other varieties of kakanin that
are cooked by steaming
BUSINESS OVERVIEW
This business focuses not only on what we have to sell, but on the buyer’s needs instead. The
business is producing puto cheese which sells in low price but high quality. The business needs to
upgrade the production to give an additional sales or income for the business (company) so that it
will sustain the demand of its customers and further create satisfaction to them.

The target customers will be the residents, students, and passersby especially that it is located
near the area where people from the island barangays pass.
ORGANIZATION PLAN

The company will start with initial employees of three (3), inclusive of the partners
themselves. The partners will handle key positions of (1) General Manager, (1) Sales and
Marketing, and (1) Finance Officer. The organization is set up as follows:

FUNCTIONS
• General Manager - Has the responsibility of general oversight of the entire business operations.
• Sales and Marketing - Handles both sales management and marketing of the product.
• Finance officer - Responsible for all financial concerns of the business.
VISION

This will introduce another renowned product in line


with selling the conventional puto in the market. I am
planning to have the best puto cheese product sold in
a cheap price that can be patronized by the customers
and at the same time can be a delight to our
customers.
MISSION

A healthier food choice and a snack trend among


young adults and the older generations.
PRICING STRATEGY

The pricing strategy is one of the effective tools to promote


the quality of the product. It will help to attract more
customers once to be more profitable through suggesting our
strategies options that we implement to the business. Thus,
provides satisfaction of our customers. With this, the price
will be PHP 10.00 per puto cheese.
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION

Wide variety of advertising and promotion will be the key.


Nowadays, we will focus on creating new strategies that will
surely help to capture and create customer awareness
regarding the product we offered and to build long term
relationship. One of our promotion that customer patronize
is using social networking sites for promotion. Many young
adults use this a lot so this will be a wise advertisement.

• Increase number of potential customers
• Create a tag line for branding purposes
• Have additional flavors aside from just cheese
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Using flyers will provide customers recall brand loyalty and develop their current market.
• If the competition increases advertising or our sales are less than expected, add as much as 10%
to our advertising budget.
• Implement strategies that will help in the development of the strengths and opportunities of the
business.
