OBJECTIVES
• To map the existing utilization of EMR
STUDY AREA: All the subjects were collected from the employees of various departments of GI
CLINICS from all the branches, Hyderabad.
STUDY INSTRUMENT: The methodology includes close ended questions, in which the study
instrument is checklist which has got sixteen questions to be filled up by Doctors, Nurses and
technicians of GASTRO CARE CLINICS. Sampling Frame includes all doctors, nurses and
technicians in which 100 samples are randomly selected and data is collected from them using
questionnaire.
INCLUSION CRITERIA:
All Doctors, nurses and technicians in GASTRO CARE CLINICS, who are dealing with EMR
GASTRO CARE CLINICS, Hyderabad.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
All the staff who are not dealing with the EMR are excluded from the study.

Demo courses should be offered to the new employees exclusively in induction programmes for improving
their knowledge level of utilization of EMR.
The GASTRO CARE CLINICS should provide access to the employees for EMR even out of the hospital.
The employees should be trained in a proper way that they should maintain confidentiality of patient’s
information even if they are permitted to use EMR out of the GASTRO CARE CLINICS.
The management can also provide access to the EMR on cloud ( Adobe Cloud ) for improving the exclusive
utilization of EMR.
CONCLUSION
The effective care of a patient by the GASTRO CARE CLINICS is assessed not only by
providing care to the patient but also defined by the level of satisfaction given to them by
providing quality medical information regarding the diagnosis.
