all outlined in a vision statement. It gives them the ability to
describe the traits that affect the strategy of the firm.It can
serve as a roadmap for workers who run across difficulties.
Vision statements encourage staff to work toward common
objectives.

The new business will assist a wide range of

Toyota Connected Services comes with six
different services: Toyota App, Safety Connect,
Remote Connect, Service Connect, Destination
Assist, and Wi-Fi Connect. In order to succeed in
their goals and visions it is very important for
every human for a company to be easy
accessible. Nowadays, people using their
smartphones, internet an so on, as the main
services of Toyota Connected are exactly all the

1985, the business name was
once again changed to
Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft to
reflect the corporation's growing

Volkswagenwerk in Wolfsburg)
(Volkswagen AG).The business
develops vehicles and engines,
manufactures and sells light
commercial vehicles, genuine
parts, turbomachinery, large-bore
diesel engines, propulsion
components, special gear units,
and testing systems, as well as
passenger cars, trucks, buses, and
motorbikes.
Why do you think that Preliminary Phase is outside of
circle in Architectural Development Method ?

In my opinion the EA team should be prepared to


follow an iteration of the ADM cycle at the
conclusion of this stage. This helps to explain why
the Preliminary Phase is represented outside of the
main cycle of Phases A to H and at the top of the
ADM diagram.
