-Partner Name should not be
BLANK

-When adding new data, just input them next
to the last info from the filled-in template.
-Always download the template when reporting
every quarter. DO NOT use the previous
template/s
Important Notes to Remember
-A 3 year program should be divided into 3
and should start to what quarter it is
implemented.
-DepEd projects or MOOE Funds generated
should not be included in the reporting.
-Usufruct should be quantified per sq.m.;
(assessed value of the land)
-Signatory Name is the name of the donor
