 UPDATES OF BEIS-
Learners Quarterly Grades
The Leaner’s Quarterly Grade Facility in the LIS can do the ff:
• Automatically computes for the Final Grade per learning area and display its corresponding
remarks
• Automatically computes for the General Average of the learner and display its
corresponding remarks
• Can generate an Excel copy of learner’s grade
• Can save leaner’s grade even if input is incomplete
• Saved Learner’s grade is carried over to the next school (Transferee)
Schools & Grade Level Applicability
• For Public Schools only
• Grades 1-10 (Regular Subjects)
Input Data
• Accepts whole number only
• Minimum Grade Input is 60
• Maximum Grade Input is 100

 Notes on BEIS:
• Integrated schools (elementary and secondary levels) that
share the same facilities such as water electrical supply,
internet connectivity and wash facilities shall report the same
data in all levels.
• If the integrated schools has only one electric/water/internet
billing for both elementary and secondary levels, the average
cost of monthly bills/maintenance shall be the same for
both levels.

 Notes on BEIS:

• The number of computers for Integrated schools shall be

counted based on the recipient level. For example, computers
allocated in the elementary schools must only be counted in
elementary, even if the same computers are used by both
elementary and secondary learners.
