Inspired by the success of the mercurial Mir Ahmed Showdagar, his sons Mohammed Abu Tayab &
Mohammed Abul Kalam laid the company’s humble foundation in 1972.
With their determination, foresight and dexterity, T.K Group evolved into one of the biggest
conglomerates in Bangladesh. With over thousands of dedicated and expert employed, T.K Group has
contributed significantly to the economic emergence of Bangladesh throughout the last four decades.
Samuda Chemical Complex Ltd.(SCCL) is a private limited company owned by Mohammad Abul Kalam,
Farzana Afroze, Mohammad Mustafa Haider, Rizwana Afroze. SCCL was incorporated in 2006 in
Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994. It is the largest caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide plant
at present in Bangladesh. It is the first company in Bangladesh to produce Hydrogen peroxide up to
70% concentration. The overall production capacity of SCCL is 1200 MT per day.
SCCL’s Products go into numerous end-use applications in a variety of industries: paper and pulp,
textiles, pharmaceuticals, food, tanning, water treatment, plastics, footwear, Detergent, and petroleum
refining. Leaving its mark on the local market, the company also exports its products to other countries.

2004, the SBU has the proven track record of managing nation's two admiring brands 'PUSTI'
and Family. 'PUSTI' is one of the leading consumer brands of Bangladesh from the house of TK
Group being one of the largest conglomerate of the country, TK Group introduced 'PUSTI' to
remain with the social commitment to the country-men. Keeping the promise in the core

Premier Cement Mills Limited is growing at a pace faster than all its competitors. Our commercial production started
back on 12th March 2004 with its 1st Unit having a production capacity of only 0.6 million tons per annum and then
added its 3rd and 4th Units on November 2012 having a combined annual capacity of 1.2 million

LEATHER
TK group is engaged in leather processing business since 1994,
having an annual processing capacity of 9 million square feet
leather under the banner of riff leather limited.
Riff leather limited is 100% export-oriented leather
manufacturing company, it is one of the largest manufactures in
the county that is producing the finest quality raw materials from
withing and outside Bangladesh.
We generally use Italy origin high tech machinery setup to
produce quality leather which is complimented by a high
standard customer satisfaction.

TEXTILE
TK group came forward to support this local demand for garment through its
Chin Hung Fibers Ltd. In 2006. Its distinct set of acrylic yarn and dyeing
products are supplied to the various sweater factories of the country.
The company also saw the inclusion of a rotor spinning mill in 2008 and cotton
ring spinning mill and cotton dyeing plant in 2009 at its own premise in
chandgaon Industrial Area. These new factories provided with raw materials
for the export-oriented denim, towel and shoe business of the country.
Chin Hung Fibers Ltd. Uses best available raw materials from abroad with a
strong emphasis in technological excellence and strict quality control
measurements of international standard using HVI equipment’s.
Chin Hung Fibers Ltd. Has the capacity of producing 15 metric ton of grey
yarn, 20 metric tons of dyed yarn, 12 metric tons of cotton yarn, 15 metric
tons of yarn in ring spinning and 12 metric tons of dyeing every day.
Currently TK group produces acrylic yarn, acrylic mélange, acrylic cotton like
acrylic cashmere like, acrylic chenille, acrylic wool like acrylic silk like acrylic
anti-pilling, cotton Slub, cotton mélange, cotton polyester and Viscose.

 More than 7000 acres of land in total. Baramasia, Elahinoor and Rangapani Tea Estates have been part
of the daily addas of the people of the nation for around 100 years through their cups of tea.
 TK group took the ownership of Baramasia in 1995 and the later two in 2002 in its quest to provide the
nation with quality tea.

quality galvanized and corrugated steel sheet in the country.

with over 23 years of experience has been produce Eagle brand CL sheet, profile
sheet and color coated sheet. KSML is one of the leading brands in the flat steel
industry of Bangladesh.
