About the project

• The project titled by “NUVAMED” is the part of fourth semester.

• Our project NUVAMED includes registration of patients, storing their details into the system.

The project uses mainly 7 tables:


• Doctor
• Staff
• Patient
• Register
• Medicine
• Billing
• Appointment
MODULES
Module 1:Admin
 Have to login with given fixed user name and password
 To view doctor details from doctor table, and can make changes
like edit, delete, add etc
 Adds staff, doctor and pharmacist
 After the activities the admin can logout directly
Module 2:Doctor
 Doctor have to signup with new user name and password
 If the doctor is already registered then login with fixed user name and
password
 Doctor can view patients details from patient table
 Doctor can view appointment details from appointment table
Module 3:Staff
 Staff have to signup with new user name and password
 If the staff is already registered then login with fixed user name
and password
 Staff can view doctor and patients details from doctor table and
patient table
 Staff can view appointment details from appointment table
Module 4:Pharmacist
 Pharmacist have to signup with new user name and password

 If they are already registered then login with fixed user name and password

 Pharmacist can add , remove medicine details from doctor table and patient table

 Pharmacist can view medicine details from prescription

CONCLUSION

The project “NUVAMED” was handed to us in the end of 4th semester and we told to make
software for the same with JAVA. In order to complete this project we have gone through several
websites and several books of Software management, JAVA and MYSQL server. While going
through these books we enhanced our limited knowledge on these vast subjects which was not
achieved through our semester papers. We have definitely gained a lot from this project as we came
to know hope to use between MYSQL server and JAVA which was never known to us. Now we are
able to make Software on any given requirement and these are all possible after we have done this
project.
