• MISSION

-It describes the organization's purpose and its overall


intention. The mission statement supports the vision and
serves to communicate purpose and direction to employees,
customers, vendors and other stakeholders.

-It enforces all laws and ordinances pertinent to


the effective implementation of the management of
supply, property, solid waste disposal and general
sanitation of the city and related laws.

— Is a vivid mental image of what you want
your business to be at some point in the
future, based on your goals and
aspirations. Having a vision will give your
business a clear focus, and can stop you
heading in the wrong direction.

motivate people to act one way or
another. They serve as a guide for human
behavior. Generally, people are
