Modern dry cleaner is the modern laundry and cleaner center which aims to
provide services to customers by supporting and helping to wash ,dry and ironing
customer clothes by using modern machines which will simplify and make efficiency
of the work and reduce time wastage at reasonable price. Our business target are
employed people ,single or bachelor people ,family , teenagers and busy people. As
newcomer in dry cleaner market in Iringa region modern dry cleaner seek to come up
with new variety of quality services and offer that will distinct our competitors, Thus
we’ll introduce delivery services at low price and some discounts for the huge luggage
of clothes. Currently there is tough competition with in the market due to existence of
almost four dry cleaner with experience here in Iringa Town, as we modern dry
cleaner tried to integrate and review some strategies and techniques which can be
used so that can manage to compete with other competitors and that is by having
good management, provide quality services and important one to have some
additional values to our services Eg; using the perfumed soap during washing which
leave the clothes with good smell and obviously due to that we can attract more
customers. Great reputation of the business will brought by quality work and services
we provide to customer ,good management and lastly hard working of employees with
good environmental hygiene of the work.

Due to that projection with my experience office can generate 20000/=


minimum per day , the average of 40000/= when the is normal situation
and even 100000/= maximum per day due to influence of other factor like
rain seasons and other special event can lead to profit increase.

Generally due to minimum earn per day 20000/= lead to earn 600,000/=
for the one month ,due to that (ROI) return of investment can be
archived within the first 5-6 months
