• For each trip, make the Safety Check.
Copy shall be kept inside the truck.
• Wait for clearance by Shift Controller
• Use “E” and “3rd” Road to Loading area. If
first time visit, please indicate to the gate
for escort
• Wait for Area Operator to allocate the
parking place.
• Sign the checklist by the area operator
and hand to main gate upon leave.

• Only approach Loading pay with the
presence of area operator.
• After proper parking, handover key and
checklist to Area Operator. Go to MCR
Pantry.
• Do not start the truck without confirmation
from Shift Controller and Area Operator.
