The present continuous
negative form
Person / Subject + V to be not + V ing
Person / Subject + am / is / are (not) + doing / eating / running / writing.

 I am not working.

Am / is / are + ing = something
is happening now:

 I´m working.
 You´re studying.
 She´s wearing a hat.
 They’re playing baseball.
