 NOTICE FOR EMPANELMENT
• Subject: Appointment as ‘Fresh Panel Counsel/Advocate’ for Delhi Transco Limited (DTL) & Delhi Power Company Limited for
District Courts of Delhi, DERC, CERC, APTEL, High Court, Supreme Court, Quasi-Judicial Authority, Tribunals, Forums, others
Courts equivalent to High Court and below for different cases of the companies.
• Delhi Transco Limited (the Power Transmission Undertaking of GNCTD) propose to empanel advocates for different Courts/ Forums as
mentioned in the subject. Eligible (including existing empanelled Advocates) and desirous advocates having required qualification and
experience may apply in the prescribed proforma.
• Qualification & Experience:
• A. Bachelor degree in law from a recognized university and registration with Bar Council of Delhi.
• B. Professional experience of practice in Supreme Court/High Courts/Equivalent Court of not less than 05 years for consideration of
empanelment in Supreme Court/High Court/Equivalent Court and professional experience of practice in District/Lower Courts/Equivalent
Court for not less than 10 years for consideration of empanelment in District/Lower Court/Equivalent Court.
• C. Good communication skills and good knowledge of laws and procedure including electricity laws and Service matters. An early working
in Electrical/Power related cases are desirable.
• Mode of Selection:
• A. The applications received will be shortlisted by the management. The company reserves the right to decide and stringent criteria of short-
listing. So as to achieve the hundred application (or less) for consideration and further selection by the Empanelment Committee.
• B. If required, the shortlisted advocates will be called for interactions. Intimation in this regard will be communicated as per correspondence
address or email or contact number provided by the advocates.
• C. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. The application submitted will not bind
the company to consider him/her for empanelment.
• D. Terms & Conditions and fee schedule shall be finalize on later stage.
• All the desirous and eligible advocate/counsel may send dully filled and signed Application Form in prescribed format alongwith Copy of
Bar Council ID Card (combining in one pdf) at email id : [email protected] so as to reach this office on or before 27 th July, 2021.
