1. How did you go about naming events, situations, needs and facts about yourself? Were
there challenges in doing this? If so, what are these challenges?
As a senior high school student graduating soon, I approached naming events, situations, needs, and facts about
myself through self-reflection and introspection. While there were challenges in doing this, such as gaining clarity
and understanding my own strengths and weaknesses, I sought guidance from mentors, engaged in self-
assessment exercises, and explored various aspects of my life to identify significant events, needs, and facts that
shaped my journey.
2. Looking at these many facets in your life, which among them do you think are major
considerations when deciding on future career options? Why would you consider these as a
source of great impact?
Among the many facets in my life, major considerations when deciding on future career options include my
personal interests, skills, values, aspirations, and the potential for growth and fulfillment. These are significant
because they provide a sense of direction, aligning my career with what truly matters to me and allowing me to
pursue a path that resonates with my passions and goals, ultimately leading to greater satisfaction and a sense of
purpose.
3. Which are the areas that will really work to your advantage in relation to the career
options that you are considering? How will these impact your choices?
In relation to the career options I am considering, certain areas work to my advantage. For instance, my strong
aptitude for problem-solving, analytical skills, and passion for research and innovation can greatly benefit me in
the field of chemical engineering. Additionally, my interest in sustainable practices and environmental awareness
can positively impact my choices, as I seek career paths that allow me to contribute to a more sustainable and
eco-friendly future.
4. What are you realizations after this exercise?
Through this exercise, I have realized the importance of self-reflection and understanding myself when making
decisions about my future career. It has highlighted the significance of aligning my choices with my passions,
values, and strengths, ensuring a greater likelihood of finding fulfillment and success in my chosen profession. I
also recognize the value of considering broader societal needs and the potential to make a positive impact in the
world through my career choices.
