Operational since 2007, DHAI Teleman, a subsidiary company of Defence Housing


Authority Islamabad, has been providing broadband and cable TV to a large
populace of the twin cities of Rawalpindi & Islamabad.
currently operate under PEMRA category B7 & B6 licenses for Rwp&Isb respectively.

Operations With TES :


DHA Teleman is providing Video Services in DHA PH-I and II, Head end is situated in DHA PH-I
main office initially services were on Coaxial cable like ordinary Cable TV provider then DT
deployed Optical Fiber Network in DHA PH-II for TV and Data but CCOR data was not successful
and TWHome is using that fiber for Internet services over Huawei using CCOR EDFA/WDM which
mixes video and data on single fiber.
In DHA PH-I TWHome is responsible for Optical Fiber Network and DT video is mixed with signal
using CCOR EDFA/WDM.
