 No-show or late guests will forfeit their reservation fee.
 Itinerary serves as a guide and is subject to change depending on the weather
condition and time management of the group.
 Initial deposit amount:
• It costs One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 1,500.00) per person to
reserve a slot on a tour package;
• The cost of the accommodation is One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) each
cabana or room per night.
 The remaining balance should be paid in full no later than one (1) week before the
planned travel date.
 Reservation cancellations without payment are only accepted within three (3) days
of the reservation. Otherwise, refunds and cancellations are not allowed. However,
in the case that trips are canceled according to recommendations by the
coastguard due to inclement weather or if the minimum number of joiners is not
reached, the guest can ask for a reschedule or refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 Rebooking or changing the planned itinerary are not permitted. Only when the tour
has been postponed by the coast guard or the agency due to poor weather
conditions or because the minimum number of joiners has not been reached may
the joiners' tour be rescheduled.
 Early reservations are required for guests who choose to upgrade their
accommodations.
 For an additional cost, guests have the opportunity to purchase insurance
coverage. However, if the guest chooses not to use the insurance, the agency will
not be responsible for any losses, expenses, or compensation.
 A minimum of five (5) working days prior to the travel date, guests who plan to get
insurance must send their insurance payment and personal information (name,
birthdate, and beneficiary).
 Changes to this tour itinerary could be changed. The company retains the full right
to make these changes without notice.
 The terms and conditions are accepted upon payment of the reservation fee.
