Paid Time Off

Public Holidays 13 paid company-designated holidays.

18 days of privilege leave in a year. Every month, 1.5 days gets accrued and accumulated to
Privilege Leaves employee’s account. Accrual stops when the leave balance reaches 45 days post which it lapses.

12 days of sick leave in a year. Every month, 1 days gets accrued and accumulated to employee’s
Sick Leave account. Accrual stops when the leave balance reaches 24 days post which it lapses.

Wedding 5 days of wedding leave.


& Birthday Off, 10 days before or after the birthday. Does not require the employees to apply
Birthday Off through ESS tool.

Cisco completely powers down at the end of each calendar year. The shutdown is a combination
Annual Shutdown of Cisco Holidays and employee’s PTO.

Emergency Time Off

Emergency Time Off of additional 20 days to support the


employees during life’s unpredictable moments like
critical illness, surgery, death, injury of loved ones,
natural calamities, or personal situations.

Leave Of Absence

Leave Of Absence (LOA) is unpaid in nature and should be


availed for more than 14 consecutive calendar days. LOA is
unpaid in nature and is subjected to manager's approval. There
are four types of LOAs.
• Family Medical Leave (FML) – Unpaid (Only Medical Benefits).
• Extended Medical condition – Unpaid (Only Medical Benefits).
• Personal – Unpaid (All Benefits and Payroll).
