The importance of regular exercise.
Good morning. My name is Naili from 6 AB2.
I think regular exercise is important to reduce the risk of being a cancer
patient. Regular exercise will stregthen our immune system. It is suggested to
exercise at least thrice a week for our immunity and stamina to improved.
Other than that, regular exercise will control our weight. Overweight is one of
the factors of health issues risk such as cancer. Besides that, regular would
balance our hormones and insulin. Execise will reduce our stress level and its
can help the hormones to stay balance. Some of the examples of that we can
practise are yoga and pilates. Yoga and pilates are known to be a beginner
friendly workout because it is easy to learn. For the concluction, we should
make some times for exercise because its a great way to reduce the risk of
being a cancer patient.

The importance of a healty life style
Goodmorning teachers and friends,
A healthy lifrstyle can support cancer treatments and help cancer
survivors feel better . As in other meaning , healthy lifestyle behaviors
have the potential to significantly reduce morbidity and mortality in
cancer survivors . If we had a cancer , we have a higher chance of
getting cancer again . That's why it's very important for us to do things
to stay healthy . Besides that , every doctor will tell us to get checkup
for test in the future . The test can help you find early signs of a new
cancer . There are three things of physical health that importabt for all
cancer survivors such as eating healthy , staying active and sleeping
well . With these three things to do , im sure all the cancer survivors
will stay healthy and strong day by day.

The importance of emotional health
Hi I'm harshini from ab 3,
And I'm here to present about the importance of emotional health. Mainly, emotional
health is very important for living a stable and healthy life but it will only happen when we
start focus on being happy. So, I think if we are truly happy and enjoy ourselves can
reduce the risk of being cancer patient. When you are a cancer patient if you be less
judgmental and less sensitive your mind will always be relax and avoid unhappiness and
worries that will cause depression. If you are not emotionally healthy it also will affects
breathing, sleep and diet too and it will be soo difficult to cancer patient. Moreover, those
who are emotionally healthy will always be happy and have no emotional blockage and
also good in manage negativities as well. Besides that, cancer patient must trains to
practise anger management. For an example, avoid emotional outbursts, stay calm and
control anger and frustration. Anger has play a main part of life because angers can induce
cells to mutate and become cancerous. So, for reduce the risk of being cancer patient is
must know control angers. In conclusion, if you are emotionally healthy and happy there
will be high chance for not being a cancer patient. That's all from me. Thank You...
